CINEMANIA Palm Springs: Cult, Costumes & Cocktails for a Cause
Friday, October 12, 2012 at 6:30 PM (PDT)
Palm Springs, CA
CINEMANIA is NOT your typical movie night! Come to Snapshot Palm Springs and enjoy the monthly experience as we present a camp classic musical movie (singalong is optional) and enjoy a partilally hosted bar available the entire evening with $5 cocktails and soft drinks plus optional delicious boxed picnic meals from CELLO'S BISTRO's new lunch venue "Cello's Pantry" (FYI - Boxed Meals now sold out!) It's indoor "lawn" seating, so b.y.o blanket or lawn chair!
This month's movie is "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," just in time to get you in the mood for Halloween. Visit our official costume source Partylab for all your Rocky Horror costume needs. If you'd rather not dress up and just be a spectator, that's cool too!
Doors open at 6:30pm to enjoy the social cocktail hour w/ scantily clad models selling raffle tickets for amazing prizes donated from local businesses including Christopher Kennedy, Palm Springs Errands & More, Studio M Salon and Spa, Marc Russell Interiors, Contempo Lending, Ken Rambo Photography, Dr. Marc Eisman, Taylor Massage and Canyon Pacific Insurance Services to name a few.
The film starts at 8pm, and at intermission, enjoy a costume contest for the best Rocky Horror-inspired costume with incredible prizes. After the movie, hang out for music, cocktails and more merriment!
Have a great time as we raise money to benefit The LGBT Center of the Desert.
CINEMANIA: Not just a film, it's an experience!
Tickets are limited, so get yours while supplies last.
